Murray Cohen's Tasting Notes:
Colour:
Gold.
Nose:
Light floral notes emerge highlighting meadow
flowers and sunflower seeds. Mild vanilla with a
hint of salt water berry taffy catches one’s
attention.
Taste:
Medium-bodied, creamy with faint Mediterranean
spices and background tobacco notes.
Finish:
Medium-long, spice, nutty essences with a noticeable
oaky influence.
Comment:
This 17 year old is a solid dram with some building
intensity. I get the impression it would open more
over the course of a longer tasting session.
SMW Score
84.5/100
