    Jameson Bow Street 18 Years Cask Strength
    Fans of Jameson Irish whiskey and in particular Jameson 18 Year Old which was first released 15 years ago will be pleased to hear that Irish Distillers has unveiled a Jameson Bow Street 18 Years Cask Strength edition. This is the first cask strength edition of Jameson to be available worldwide and it is sure to be sought after given the surging popularity of the iconic Irish dram.

    Eden Mill Hip Flask Series
    Eden Mill distillery in St Andrews today released its first single malt whisky in the form of a "Hip Flask Series". This is a very limited release of only 3,800 20cl bottles from the series of seven single malt expressions which are available, priced at £25 each.

    Benromach 20th Anniversary Bottling
    Benromach mark 20th Anniversary since resuming production with a limited edition 1998 vintage Benromach 20th Anniversary Bottling.
    The 1998 vintage whisky has been bottled at cask strength 56.2% ABV, it is naturally coloured and is non chill-filtered.

    The second of two Kilchoman limited releases being launched this Monday 23rd, the now well-established Kilchoman Loch Gorm release is an exclusively sherry matured limited edition. This shows a little more maturity than previous Loch Gorm releases, as in earlier releases the Kilchoman peat smoke and sherry are very compatible partners.

    Henry Donnelly New Distiller at the Midleton Micro Distillery
    Irish Distillers has announced that Henry Donnelly will take the reigns as Distiller at their Midleton Micro Distillery at the Midleton Distillery in Co Cork. Irish Distillers opened the Micro Distillery back in 2015 with a view to experimenting with distillations of new and old styles of Irish whiskey.

    Irish Distillers have revealed that their new look Jameson Distillery Bow St. Dublin is the most visited whiskey experience in the world – with visitor numbers topping more than 350,000 in the first year since it reopened in March 2017 following an €11M refurbishment.

    Gordon & MacPhail Private Collection Linkwood Distillery 1956
    Gordon & MacPhail release the last remaining 1950's bottling from the Linkwood distillery.
    The deliciously dark and rich looking 60 year old Private Collection from Linkwood Distillery 1956 by Gordon & MacPhail whisky was matured in a first fill Sherry hogshead cask and is a limited release of only 53 decanters.

    Jameson Always Triple Distilled For Taste - Except One Time
    Jameson have created two short TV adverts that reimagine true stories about Jameson and its workers. One of these stories in particular caught my eye, a story which recalls an entry from an old Distillery Ledger which details a time when an error was made in the triple production process and naming the culprit, Scully.
