William
Morrison's Tasting Notes:
Nose:
Sweet buttery toffee and dark chocolate
raisins, some distant musty cigar box
smoke.
Taste:
Delicious dark sherried fruit and some
dark Muscovado sugar sweet toffee leads
the charge, followed by some lovely
mature oak spice, a touch of honeyed
zesty lemon and a little ginger hanging
around in the background
Finish:
Longish, the lovely dark sherried fruit
fades leaving some lovely some lovely
lingering mature oak.
Comment:
Another very enjoyable sherried dram
from the GlenDronach, a good balance of
mature oak, sherry and the GlenDronach
spirit.
SMW Score
87/100
