Ingredients:

• 50ml of Jameson Black Barrel
• Orange bitters
• Ice cubes
• Lemon and orange peel

Method:

• Add 50ml of Jameson Black Barrel to 1 tsp Maple syrup and stir.
   
• Add to 3 cubes of ice, stir
   
• Add 2 dashes of orange bitters, stir
   
• Add another 2 ice cubes, stir
   
• Garnish with some lemon & orange peel

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp of Demerara sugar
• 2 tsp water
• 50ml of Jameson
• Angostura bitters
• Ice Cubes

Method:

• Add 1 tsp of Demerara sugar and 2 tsp water to glass with 3 cubes of ice and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
   
• Then add 50ml of Jameson and another ice cube to glass, stir.
   
• Add another ice cube and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, stir again.
   
• Garnish with some lemon peel.

An easy drinking quick to make classic Old Fashioned, if you are feeling lazy you can replace the Demerara sugar and water with a ready made sugar syrup mix.
 

Ingredients:

• 60 ml Jameson Black Barrel
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• Ice Cubes
• 1 Spiral Orange
• 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
• 2 Dashes Simple Syrup

Method:

• Fill a glass or jug with ice
   
• Add 60 ml Jameson Black Barrel
   
• Add 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
   
• Add 2 dashes Orange Bitters
   
• Add 2 Dashes of Simple Syrup
   
• Stir until ice cold
   
• Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
   
• Garnish with an orange zest and tip in the slice.

Ingredients:

• 40 ml Jameson Black Barrel
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
• 10 ml Honey Chocolate syrup
• Ice Cubes

Method:

• Prepare the Honey Chocolate Syrup: In medium saucepan over medium heat, stir together 1 cup honey, 2 cups cocoa powder and 2 cups water until honey dissolves. Increase heat slightly, then simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
   
• Refrigerate syrup until cold, about 2 hours.
   
• Prepare the Chocolate Old Fashioned: Add the Jameson Black Barrel, the honey chocolate syrup, 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters and 2 dashes of orange bitters into a mixing glass filled with ice.
   
• Stir well before straining into a rocks glass with ice.
   
• Garnish with an orange twist.

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Jameson IPA Edition
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 Twist Grapefruit
• Ice Cubes
• 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
• 2 Whole Sugar Cube (white)

Method:

• In a rocks glass add, 2 sugar cubes with 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters and 2 dashes of Orange Bitters and 2 tbs of water.
   
• Muddle together until ground.
   
• Add the Jameson IPA Edition and 2 cubes of ice and stir continuously.
   
• Add another 2 cubes of ice and stir again.
   
• Add a final 2 cubes of ice.
   
• Garnish with a Grapefruit Twist

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Jameson Orange
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 Teaspoon Demerara sugar syrup
• Ice Cubes
• 1 Twist Orange

Method:

• Stir all ingredients over ice.
   
• Garnish with Orange twist.
