Morrison's Tasting Notes:
Nose:
Vanilla infused with a lovely gentle
sweet peat smoke, a touch of pineapple
and some distant cinnamon.
Taste:
Some lovely light Demerara sugars lead
with light but mouth filling vanilla all
infused with a some delicious light peat
smoke. Some pineapple, lemon, a little
toffee and a touch of honey, some late
coconut.
Finish:
Long the vanilla, sugars and pineapple
bow out quickly to leave some lingering,
light but lucious peat smoke and gentle
spices.
Comment:
Loved it, a cracking young, wee peaty
Glenglassaugh, I would
recommend grabbing a bottle, a well made
quality lightly peated bourbon cask
matured whisky which is packed full of
pleasure due to its bottling strength of
55.9% ABV.
