Douglas Laing
marries marries a peated Highland Malt
with classic Timorous Beastie spirit to
create the latest limited edition
instalment in their Scotch blended malt
Timorous Beastie range, the Phantom
Smoke.
 Douglas Laing & Co. has unveiled the
latest chapter in its Highland Blended
Malt whisky story with the release of
Timorous Beastie Phantom Smoke — a
limited-edition bottling that marks the
first introduction of peat to the iconic
"mighty mouse" range. This distinctive
expression combines a peated Highland
Malt with the signature Timorous Beastie
spirit, which has undergone extended
maturation in Crocodile Casks — heavily
charred oak barrels that lend remarkable
depth and complexity.
Bottled at a robust 54.2% ABV and
offered with no colouring or
chill-filtration, Phantom Smoke upholds
Douglas Laing’s commitment to presenting
Scotch Whisky "as natural as it gets."
The release is presented in a specially
designed wraparound label and custom
carton featuring embossing and silver
foil accents, with only 3,000 bottles
available worldwide.
