Members of
Tamdhu's Dedication Society are invited
to participate in the Dedication Society
ballot. A maximum of 20 fortunate guests
will be randomly chosen to sample a
meticulously curated selection of Tamdhu
single casks.
Tamdhu Single Malt Scotch Whisky is
offering an exclusive opportunity to its
Dedication Society members to decide on
the next Dedication Society Single Cask
release, which will be unveiled at the
2024 Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival.
Members of Tamdhu's Dedication Society,
hailing from around the world, are
invited to participate in the Dedication
Society ballot. A maximum of 20
fortunate guests will be randomly chosen
to sample a meticulously curated
selection of single casks and ultimately
determine the flavours and
characteristics of the forthcoming
expression.
The ballot has officially commenced and
is exclusively open to members of
Tamdhu's Dedication Society. This
society caters to those who have a deep
appreciation for Tamdhu's distinctly
sherried whisky, known for its rich and
profound flavours.
The lucky few selected will be invited
to a full day tasting event at the
Tamdhu distillery in Aberlour. Alongside
an extensive distillery tour and a
delightful lunch, the day will culminate
in a guided tasting session led by
Distillery Manager, Sandy McIntyre,
featuring four carefully chosen Single
Casks.
Following the expression's launch in May
of the following year, the selection
panel members will have the exclusive
opportunity to purchase a bottle of this
highly sought-after dram, thanks to
their involvement in the cask selection
process.
In August 2022, the Tamdhu Dedication
Society convened to choose the society's
2023 single cask bottling, with sixteen
members from various parts of the globe
in attendance. The group unanimously
selected a first-fill European oak
sherry hogshead from 2004.
Just like the previous release, the
Dedication Society Single Cask 2024 will
be limited in availability, ensuring its
desirability among whisky enthusiasts.
