 Douglas Laing & Co. have unveiled the
Scallywag Winter Limited Edition 2024, a
whisky crafted to offer connoisseurs a
truly memorable seasonal experience.
Douglas Laing tells me that this year's
exclusive release invites you to a
snow-covered mountainside retreat,
blending the cosy atmosphere of
après-ski with a vibrant burst of
flavour in every sip. Finished in Orange
Wine casks sourced from Spain, the
Scallywag Winter Edition is said to
deliver a harmonious balance of rich
complexity and citrus zest.
Bottled at its natural cask strength of
53.9% ABV, this edition stays authentic
with no added colouring or
chill-filtration, preserving its full
depth of flavour and texture. Presented
in an elegant white carton featuring
orange foil accents and varnish details,
radiating a sense of luxury and
craftsmanship.
