Review of the
Noble Rebel Hazelnut Harmony Scotch
blended malt which has been finished in
toasted American oak casks. You will
find a gentle hazelnut note, the barley
sugars, vanilla and fruit are more
apparent but dig deep and you will find
the hazelnut thread running from nose to
finish.
 This is one of a trio of Scotch Blended
Malt Whiskies launched by the Loch
Lomond Group in early 2023 which make up
the Noble Rebel Scotch Blended Malt
Whisky range. At the heart of Noble
Rebel blended malt whiskies are a blend
of single malt whiskies which have been
distilled at the Loch Lomond and Glen
Scotia distilleries as well as whiskies
from some undisclosed trusted partners
of the Loch Lomond Group.
Noble Rebel Hazelnut Harmony Scotch
blended malt has been finished in
toasted American oak casks.
Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill
filtered and naturally coloured.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Ripe
pear, butterscotch, a wee touch of
honey, a faint touch of hazelnut and
some barley sugars lurking in the
background
Taste: Smooth
entry with some gentle sweet fruit
leading the way with pear, pineapple and
zesty, lemon, a lovely very gentle
barley sugared sweetness prolong the
fruits lifespan all with a gentle lovely
vanilla coating and hazelnut edge, some
lovely late gentle oak spices.
Finish: The
sugars and spices gather and peak and
all with a a touch of a hazelnut edge
before bittering out to let the oak have
the last word.
Comment:
A gentle hazelnut note, the barley
sugars, vanilla and fruit are more
apparent but dig deep and you will find
the hazelnut thread running from nose to
finish. Another very easy drinker where
the spices build with each mouthful
adding the flavour pleasure.
