distillery, Maison Lineti, has been
unveiled as the host for the 2025 World
Whisky Forum.
Maison Lineti, a distinguished French
whisky distillery, has announced its
pivotal role as the organiser and host
of the sixth World Whisky Forum in 2025.
Set to take place from June 24th to
26th, 2025, this event will assemble
industry experts from across the globe
at Maison Lineti’s cutting-edge
distillery located in Les
Artigues-de-Lussac, near Bordeaux.
A FORUM FOR DISCOURSE, INNOVATION, AND
PARTNERSHIP
The World Whisky Forum has cemented its
position as a vital gathering for whisky
professionals, facilitating dynamic
exchanges and dialogues on innovation,
craftsmanship, and the myriad challenges
and opportunities confronting the global
whisky sector. Since its inception in
2017, the Forum has successfully hosted
five editions, each dedicated to a
distinct theme: the evolution of whisky
styles (2017), whisky innovation (2018),
Flavour Expansion (2020), distillery
sustainability (2022), and Asia-Pacific:
Whisky’s Emerging Influence (2024). The
theme for the 2025 edition will be
revealed shortly.
MAISON LINETI: AN EXCEPTIONAL VENUE
Each year, one distillery is selected to
organise and host the event, providing a
platform to showcase its ethos and
practices. The World Whisky Forum thus
presents an opportunity for the host
distillery to shine a spotlight on its
unique identity. Over the years,
esteemed distilleries such as High Coast
(Sweden), Cotswolds (UK), Westland
(USA), Stauning (Denmark), and Komoro
(Japan) have risen to this challenge.
In 2025, Maison Lineti will take centre
stage as the host of the sixth World
Whisky Forum. Its blend of elegance and
innovation captivated the attention of
Dave Broom – a renowned author and
co-founder of the event – during his
recent visit to the distillery.
