Introducing
Kilninian, a new UK spirits distributor, offering a handpicked
selection of whisky and gin from both
established names and fast-rising brands
such as Glasgow distillery's King’s Inch
single malt, and the highly rated
Turntable blended Scotch.

Today signifies the inauguration of
Kilninian, a new spirits distributor
dedicated to delivering top-tier
products to the UK. Concentrating on the
independent retail sector, this
Glasgow-based distributor vows to
facilitate connections between
distinctive brands and discerning
merchants and their clientele.
Championing a thoughtfully curated array
of coveted spirits, the Kilninian
portfolio boasts exceptional whiskies
like Glasgow distillery's King’s Inch
single malt, the highly rated Turntable
blended Scotch, and Liquid Oats, an
exclusive vegan Scotch whisky liqueur.
Beyond whisky, the collection showcases
two standout gin brands – Kirkjuvagr
Orkney Gin and the bold Glaswegin, both
acclaimed for their unique packaging and
award-winning flavours. Additional
renowned brands are poised to join the
portfolio in the upcoming weeks.
Kilninian's mission surpasses mere
distribution; the company aspires to
empower independent retailers across the
country, granting them access to premium
spirits celebrated for their captivating
stories. An exemplary case is Turntable,
a small-batch whisky blender dedicated
to "flipping the record on ordinary" by
crafting memorable and experimental
blends.
Founder Jamie Williamson, with over a
decade of industry experience,
previously served as the Business
Development Manager for Marblehead Brand
Development, where he successfully
promoted renowned brands such as Glen
Moray Single Malt and Don Papa Rum. His
expertise extends to representing
family-owned wine brands at Barwell &
Jones wine agency, overseeing gin sales
at Old Curiosity Distillery, and, most
recently, managing UK sales during a
three-year tenure with Douglas Laing &
Co.
"Kilninian is more than a distributor –
it’s a conduit connecting stories,
heritage and unparalleled quality to the
UK’s thriving independent spirits retail
market," says Jamie. "With each brand we
bring onboard, we are curating a
tapestry of tales waiting to be shared
over a glass of exceptional spirit. I
couldn’t be happier with the portfolio
we’ve already assembled, and I’m excited
to see what the future holds."
