Johnnie
Walker continues its collaboration with
the cult HBO TV show Game of Thrones
with the forthcoming release of two new
blended whiskies, Johnnie Walker A Song
of Ice and Johnnie Walker A Song of Fire.
 Following on from the popularity and success of the White Walker by Johnnie Walker limited
edition blended Scotch whisky launched in 2018, Johnnie Walker and the critically acclaimed HBO
series Game of Thrones have got together once again to give us two further
limited edition blended Scotch Whiskies, the Johnnie Walker A Song of Ice and
Johnnie Walker A Song of Fire.
Inspired
by House Stark in the Game of Thrones series, the
Johnnie Walker A Song of Ice features single malts from Clynelish, one of
Scotland’s most northern distilleries, and is said to exude a crisp, clean taste
like the unforgiving force of ice that shapes mountains and stops rivers.
Bottled at 40.2% ABV in a bottle which has been designed to evoke an icy setting
with frosted blue and grey colours inspired by the North, known for its cold
winters and frozen landscapes.
In contrast the Johnnie Walker A Song of Fire is rich and spicy, boasting
flavours of subtle smoke from the peated malts of the Caol Ila distillery with
an ABV of 40.8%. Inspired by the dragons of House Targaryen, feared for their
fire breathing, the bottle design evokes a fiery setting with deep-red colours.

available for pre-order on
