Two golf
inspired Glenmorangie whisky cocktails
to enjoy during The Open.
The
golf enthusiasts amongst you will
already know that the Open Championship
returns to St Andrews "The Home of Golf"
next week, it will be the 144th Open
Championship. The world's greatest
golfers will gather at St Andrews Old
Course to do battle for the famous
Claret Jug.
Glenmorangie are sponsoring this years
Open Golf Championship as The official
Spirit of The Open and they have created
2 golf inspired cocktails which will be
served throughout the event in St
Andrews next week. If you will not be
lucky enough to attend the Open
Championship next week I thought you may
like to do the next best thing, try the
Glenmorangie Golf inspired whisky
cocktails for yourself while sitting at
your own 19th hole while watching the
action on TV. The recipes for the 2
cocktails are below:

Recipe:
50ml Glenmorangie Original
15ml fresh lemon
20ml chamomile honey
15ml fresh pink grapefruit
10ml Manzanilla sherry
Top with soda
Method:
Shake and strain. Serve in a rocks
glass
Garnish:
Pink grapefruit & chamomile flowers.
Tee Off
Recipe:
• 50ml Glenmorangie Original
• 50ml Cold Earl Grey Tea
• 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 15ml Simple Syrup
• Fever Tree Bitter Lemon
Method:
Shake all ingredients except
bitter lemon. Strain into a
highball and top with Fever Tree
bitter lemon. Garnish with an
orange twist.
