Glenmorangie have been working on a new research project with multi-sensory scientists to create an experience which they say will enable you to ‘feel’ the taste of whisky. This is done through a technique called ASMR- Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response.
ASMR essentially refers to the tingling sensation moving from the neck down the spine and creates a feeling of relaxed concentration which allows viewers to perceive stimuli more acutely.
They have made a series of short films which use sounds and motions to communicate the sensorial nature of their whisky

Hi William,
I checked it out further on the Glenmorangie channel as you suggested. Quite an intense audio-visual journey and most interesting, _________________ "Always carry a large flagon of whisky in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake."

| I just had a look on the Glenmorangie channel also, perhaps we will be more perceptive about what the videos are giving us the regards the feel/flavour of each whisky because we are already familiar with their whiskies, still clever stuff. |
