I tasted the new Jura Tastival 2017 Limited Edition which is the first Tastival bottling to be overseen by new Jura Distillery Manager, Graham Logan, who took over from Willie Cochrane in September 2016.
A great first Tastival release from Graham Logan, he has selected some good Port casks and balanced them well with the first fill bourbon casks. A little shy at first on the nose but delicious on the palate, the fruit has more to say in this marriage and the 51% ABV strength just adds to the pleasure.
