Craigellachie distillery owners John Dewar & Sons have launched a Craigellachie 33 Year Old expression exclusively in global travel retail.
A limited release of 1700 bottles it is certainly one for those with deep pockets with a £2000 price tag.

| Just thinking about the last time I bought a single malt that was 33 years old. Under £50 from Lidl. I do like a craigellachie though although my own personal view is that cask dependent- I prefer them younger, 17 years and under *insert your own gag* |

What makes them think that this bottle is worth more than a Brora official release?
I think Brora is in the laughable price bracket but this is that and then some
What a joke, the 23 year costs as low as a £150 in Germany so for an extra 10 years that's costing you £1850.
If anyone thinks this is worth the money then you need medical help and quickly.
Just another example of greedy corporates milking the cash cow to death. _________________ Pour me a glass please. |
