Calling all bartenders, the search for the World Bartender of the Year 2017 is set to get underway as the worlds most prestigious bartending competition returns for the ninth year. The 2017 World Class competition will launch with its first ever educational tour of Britain, kicking off on Monday 14th November in Manchester.

After a competitive two day long final in London Jamie Jones of The Social Company, London has been named Diageo Reserve GB’s World Class Bartender of the Year 2017.
Jamie’s signature serve cocktail, The Rumours Brew won judges over, it has Johnnie Walker Gold Label at its base.

Jamie will now go on to the Diageo Reserve World Class global final in Mexico City to represent Great Britain.
