Glen Moray whisky sales continue to increase under La Martiniquaise and recent figures place Glen Moray Classic as the 6th best selling single malt in the UK.

As Glen Moray whisky sales continue to see steady growth, the distillery owners are building on that success with a expansion which will see production and storage capacity double. The distillery is also building on its success by launching the new Glen Moray Classic Sherry Cask Finish.

I reckon Glen Moray has picked up a lot of the market share for single malts due to their pricing and of course Classic range which now offers more variety. Where else can you get a original distillery sherry cask finish, port cask finish or peated for £22. Good luck to them and I look forward to seeing some interesting and perhaps more mature releases from them in the future.

Very true Bookie, only about 4-5 years ago you would have found the likes of the Balvenie 12 Doublewood, Glenfiddich 15 etc on offer at this sort of price but there is very little at this price now and Glen Moray must have picked up a big chunk of the market share for this price range especially with there new Classic finished and Peated whiskies.

Good luck to them, if they can corner enough of the malt market others will have to lower their inflated prices to compete. Very Happy
