BenRiach Cask Strength Batch 1 Launched

BenRiach has launched the first batch of its new no age statement cask strength expression, which will be known as (you may have already guessed) BenRiach Cask Strength Batch 1.



The distillery say that you will be treated to a voluptuous sweet taste of honey, soft fruits and gentle spices â€" but at a cask strength of 57.2% ABV for this first batch, so it should pack a real punch!

IHope that they didn’t dump too many young casks in the mix. Would like to try sample before purchasing a bottle.

Will be less popular than Glendronach for sure but if they have included quality ex-bourbon casks, there will be enough interest.
