Label 5 launch Gold Heritage a new premium expression of the popular blend.
Gold Heritage is the creation of Label 5 Master Blender, Graham Coull. What makes Label 5 a premium blend is some of the component single malts in the blend are aged more than 20 years. Although Label 5 have told me there is some 20 year old single malt in the new whisky it doesn't carry an age statement and it has been bottled at 40% ABV.
A deliciously rich, fruity smooth blend with a lovely delicate touch of mature oak spice. This would give some of the well known entry level 10 to 12 year old Speyside single malts in this price range and above a run for your money. A lovely smooth easy dramming blend which is well worth its asking price.
US RRP is $40 where it will be launching first followed by Australia.

| I have only had the Label 5 Classic and it was a decent enough blend, the Gold Heritage sounds good but i think we would be lucky to see it here in Scotland as it isnt an easy brand to get hold of here. |
