I just just added a piece to the whisky news section from Whyte & Mackay about their new promo. Whyte & Mackay have released 250 bottles of Whyte & Mackay Special blend which have been filled with Whyte & Mackay 30 year old.

Each of the 250 winning bottles has a unique cap, meaning not only is the bottle filled with 30 year old liquid, but the lucky drinker will also be sent an additional bottle of Whyte & Mackay 30 year old, complete in a presentation case.

A great promotion i think and the spoof promo video they have made with Richard Paterson sneaking into the Grangemouth bottling plant is very good also. Read more about it and view the video here:

Very good, i saw the bottles on the shelf in Tesco at the weekend but didnt pay much attention to it. With the video it is a very good bit of marketing, i cant say Richard is quite James Bond more like Whisky Bond Laughing

What is missing from the video is a Bond Girl in a bikini for Richard to go off with at the end, isnt that how all Bond films end. Smile

If you drink enough Whyte & Mackay you should be able to imagine a bond girl in a bikini.

Disclaimer: The above is just a joke, i do not advise anyone to drink loads of whisky to make others more attractive. I've tried it it doesnt work. Crying or Very sad Laughing
