Dalmore The
Trio, The Quartet and The Quintet
feature a 3-cask, 4-cask and 5-cask
finish respectively and all three will
be available exclusively in travel
retail from July 2020.

Whyte & Mackay has revealed three new
forthcoming permanent additions to its
global travel retail exclusive line-up
from its Scotch single malt whisky
brand, The Dalmore.
The three new no age statement
expressions which are said to take their
inspiration from the outstanding,
pioneering, 6-cask finish single malt
The Dalmore King Alexander III
expression are – Dalmore The Trio
(3-cask finish), Dalmore The Quartet
(4-cask finish) and Dalmore The Quintet
(5-cask finish).
All three of the new whiskies will be
available on GTR shelves from July 2020,
with airport retail store activations
planned from September 2020.

Dalmore
The Trio
The Trio has three cask finishes of
first fill ex-bourbon, 10 Year Old
Tawny Port and 30 Year Old Matusalem
sherry. This whisky is said to have
a flavour profile of ripe plums and
berries with hints of sweet spices.
Bottled at 40% ABV in a 1 litre bottle. RRP £69.999 / €78.99/ $94.99

Dalmore
Quartet
Quartet is described as refined and
fragrant. Finished in four casks -
first fill ex-bourbon, 30 Year Old
Matusalem sherry, 30 Year Old
Apostoles sherry and Bordeaux
Cabernet Sauvignon. It is said to
have a rich flavour profile of red
grapes and juicy raisins with
whispers of chocolate and liquorice.
Bottled at 40% in a 1 litre bottle.

Dalmore
The Quintet
Dalmore The Quintet boasts a five
cask finish in casks that previously
held sweet and rare Moscatel,
Malmsey Madeira, 30 Year Old
Matusalem sherry, 10 Year Old Port
and Bordeaux Cabernet Sauvignon.
Described as having flavours of
exotic fruits drenched in maple
syrup and coffee notes.
Bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.

The packaging of The Trio, The
Quartet and The Quintet has a larger,
more prominent metallic Royal Stag
emblem adorning each bottle – The
Dalmore’s iconic graphic device.
Although not a GTR exclusive, the
six-cask finish King Alexander III
expression, which boasts a unique
assemblage of six exquisitely curated
cask finishes, is already available in
travel retail (70cl, RSP £180 / $239).
It is the hero of The Dalmore range, and
it will feature refreshed packaging with
a larger stag logo, enhanced box and
minimalist design.
