The Dalmore
Highland Distillery has unveiled The
Distillery Select series, the collection
celebrates the pinnacle of whisky
artistry with three limited-edition
Single Malts, including a 15 Year Old,
17 Year Old, and 24 Year Old.
The Dalmore Single Malt Whisky has announced the launch of The
Dalmore The Distillery Select Series,
a new limited edition collection
debuting in 2024. This series showcases
rare spirits aged in
specially chosen casks, carefully
selected by The Dalmore's expert whisky
makers. Each expression in the
collection is crafted to emphasise how
these unique casks elevate distinct
elements of The Dalmore’s signature
house style. All three whiskies in the
series are presented in their natural colour, non-chill filtered, and bottled
at a precisely chosen ABV.

Bottling) is a 15 Year Old Single Malt
which has been finished in rare vintage
sherry casks, sourced exclusively from
the renowned Spanish winemakers,
González Byass. Distilled in 2009, this
rich whisky is bottled at 52.8%,
allowing the antique sherry
characteristics to truly shine. Strictly
limited to 918 bottles only, RRP: £1,000

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Manuka
honey, a hint of cinnamon, and banana
bread.
Taste: Orchard
fruits, Golden Delicious apples, poached
pears intertwined with Ogen melons.
Finish: Sultanas,
liquorice, mandarin orange and a touch
of cacao.

The Dalmore Distillery Select 2007
Amarone and Port Cask Finishes is a 17
Year Old Single Malt, distilled in 2007,
it has been finished in a pair of casks
that captivated The Dalmore’s whisky
makers with their distinct influence.
Crafted in collaboration with renowned
Italian and Portuguese winemakers, who
work closely with nature to produce
exceptional wines, the combination of
these casks results in a unique Single
Malt Scotch whisky that reflects both
Portuguese and Italian influences.
Bottled at 45.8%, this expression was
selected by the whisky makers to reveal
its intricate and complex flavours.
Strictly limited to 918 bottles only,
RRP: £1,000

Nose: Warm
summer fruits, raspberry myrtle,
succulent Victoria plums and maraschino
cherry.
Taste: Rich
forest fruits interlaced with vanilla.

The Dalmore Distillery Select 2000
Vintage Calvados Finish is a 24 Year Old
Single Malt Whisky, distilled in 2000,
it has been bottled at 50.3% to
preserve and showcase the antique
flavour characteristics of this
exceptionally rare spirit. Initially
matured in American white oak to allow
the whisky to settle and mellow, it is
then finished in hand-selected Vintage
Calvados casks from the House of Drouin
in France. Strictly limited to 383
bottles only, RRP: £5,000

Nose: A
dusting of sugared almonds, rich apple
and plums.
Taste: Red
berries, freshly crushed apple and
pears.
Finish: Liquorice,
antique wood spice and a touch of
balsamic.

the series is strictly limited in
quantity, naturally coloured, and
non-chill filtered. The 2024 edition
will be available exclusively in the UK
through The Dalmore website and at The
Dalmore Boutiques, now open in Madrid,
Spain; Manila, Philippines; and Phnom
