This liqueur is steeped in tradition
and was inspired by the 6th Century St Columbas. Columba
Cream is widely regarded as one of the
finest cream liqueurs on the market.
It is exceptionally smooth and based on
a centuries old family recipe for brose.
Originally, brose was a traditional
Scots family drink made using whisky,
oatmeal, cream, sometimes honey and
sometimes fruit. This family recipe has
been adapted over the years, oatmeal is
no longer used and other secret
ingredients have been added to the
blend.
