London's
Bimber distillery unveils a second
series of The Shoulders Of Giants, this
series includes 8 single malts, 3 UK
exclusives, 3 Germany exclusives and an
exclusive each for Belgium and Poland.
London’s Bimber Distillery has announced
the forthcoming second series of its
highly acclaimed Shoulders of Giants
series. This collection honours some of
the world’s most influential thinkers,
innovators, and visionaries. Each bottle
in the series highlights a celebrated
'giant' whose contributions have shaped
the world, while showcasing Bimber's
commitment to whisky craftsmanship.
The second release includes eight
carefully crafted single malt whiskies,
all made using Bimber’s traditional
techniques. From the distillery’s single
farm barley and dedicated floor at
Warminster Maltings to seven-day
open-top fermentation and direct-fired
copper pot stills, every step of
Bimber’s process is designed to produce
a whisky renowned for its rich,
fruit-forward flavour, depth, and
complexity.
Each whisky in the Shoulders of Giants
series is bottled at natural cask
strength and features striking artwork
and biographical details celebrating
historical figures who challenged norms
and dared to dream.
The second release highlights Bimber’s
diverse flavour profile, featuring the
distillery's signature ex-bourbon cask
maturation, as well as Spanish Oloroso
sherry and PX sherry casks. Each
expression showcases the distillery’s
renowned full-bodied, fruit-forward
character.
Bimber continues to raise the bar for
quality and craftsmanship, with growing
demand for its single malts across the
whisky world. The new expressions will
