unveil Big Peat Christmas 2023 Edition
and it is the first ever to be finished
in Sherry Casks, truly encapsulating the
flavour of Christmas.

wait for Christmas to come. As has now
become a tradition the Glasgow based
whisky maker and bottler has unveiled the latest limited release of
their Big Peat Christmas Edition in
plenty of time for whisky drinkers and
gift buyers to stock up for Christmas..
The Big Peat’s Christmas 2023 Edition
offers festive whisky drinkers something
a little different
to previous expressions, it is the first
ever to be finished in Sherry Casks,
truly encapsulating the flavour of
Christmas.
The 2023 Christmas Edition of Big Peat
promises an unforgettable experience,
boasting robust and bold flavours that
will undoubtedly ignite your holiday
cheer. Devotees of Big Peat can expect
to savour notes of dried fruit, rich
cocoa, and spicy oak, complemented by
the essence of candied peel and the
maritime breeze of the Hebridean seas.
It retains the distinctive smokiness
that characterizes 'his' signature.
In a grand gesture for this year's
festive season, Big Peat has gone above
and beyond by presenting this edition at
a Natural Cask Strength of 54.8%,
maintaining its authenticity by bottling
it without artificial colouring or
chill-filtration. Designed with gifting
in mind, this exceptional bottling is
elegantly encased in a luxurious foil
gift tube adorned with a depiction of
the bearded Islay fisherman adding his
star to the apex of his Christmas tree.
