Berry Bros. &
Rudd, esteemed as the UK’s oldest wine
and spirits purveyor, has revitalised
its collection of ‘Classic Single Malt
Whiskies,’ underscoring the brand's
dedication to preserving a heritage of
both tradition and innovation.
The Classic Range presents a tapestry of
regional essence and unique cask styles,
each whisky meticulously selected by
Spirits Curator Felix Dear for its
enduring excellence, then aged according
to precise specifications in bespoke
casks.
This refreshed line-up, which previously
featured expressions from Islay and
Ireland, now introduces age statements
for the first time. Joining the
collection is the sophisticated yet
approachable Speyside Traditional Cask
16 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky,
alongside the opulent and indulgent
Speyside Sherry Cask 12 Year Old.
Complementing these Speyside Single
Malts are the Islay Traditional Cask,
epitomising the quintessential traits of
its region with gentle peat smoke and a
multifaceted fruity palate, and the
Irish Reserve Single Malt Irish Whiskey,
boasting herbaceous and zesty notes
sourced from the renowned Great Northern
distillery in Dundalk.
Felix Dear, Spirits Curator for Berry
Bros. & Rudd, commented: "The refresh of
our Classic Range of Single Malt
Whiskies marks a new chapter for Berry
Bros. & Rudd. It is the touchstone of
our whisky offering for whisky explorers
