Glenfiddich special reserve single malt

Got this given to me and I am not sure I should open it or keep unopened.
Was told it was received as a gift 20 years ago
Tube and bottle in like new cond

It will never really fetch much more than what you would pay for a current bottling of Glenfiddich 12 year old here are some examples of bottles sold at auction https://www.scotchwhiskyauctions.com/auctions/all/?q=Glenfiddich+Special+Reserve+12+Year+Old&search=a

You would have auction costs to consider so not really worth selling unless you sold it privately, i would say open it.
