Well its official summer is coming to an end and Christmas is on the way as the tubs of Cadbury Roses and Quality Street are now appearing in the supermarkets and those festive folks at Douglas Laing have unveiled the latest instalment of their Big Peat Christmas Series of peaty Islay blended malts, the Big Peat Christmas 2020 Cask Strength Limited Edition.

| I have to admit to buying these yearly and here how good they are, but can't bring myself to open them. I suppose I can still get back ups and enjoy them. Anybody else get these? |

| I have had a few as Christmas presents, all got opened and are long gone, always a very good peaty whisky and there isn't another more Christimasy looking whisky to get or give as a whisky drinker. |
