And a good morning to all.
I’ve noticed this bottling steadily climbing (sharply) in value on auction sites recently , I wondered if anybody here has tasted it? I meant to buy a bottle to try when it was sensible price - but that won’t happen now at these prices.

I'd say it wasn't much a drinkable price when it was launched, and it definitely isn't now. For that matter, it is just impossible to get a Bimber at a decent price to drink..

So in reality then you have to ask what is the point of it?

Was it only created and bottled to be a tool of investment, is there a reason for it being priced out of the hands of everyday drinkers, was it a strategy of the owners to premiumize the brand, or are there other factors such as it tastes so good you would pay over the odds of it?
