Tasting Note

Colour: Rich red/ amber.
Nose: Bees wax, Demerara sugar, spicy, apple strudel, sherry wood.
Taste: Liquorice, toasted almonds, all spice, stewed apples, mouth coating, gives an initial blast of flavours and then softens.
Finish: Long after taste, aniseed, sweet, brown sugar.
