Tasting Note

Colour: Bright, liquid honey.
Nose: Initial burst of bakers yeast, cinnamon and cloves, gives way to dark fruits and damson jam.
Taste: Great balance of whisky and cask. Sweet fruit, almonds, marzipan and light, dry oak.
Finish: Lingering.
