Hello All,
I have recently started investing in Casks of Whisky with VCL Vinters in London, Have now a decent wee portfollio going with some nice Malts. Chuffed

Are we talking about new filled casks here hoping to get some return, just checking>

I have never heard of VCL Vintners but just having a quick look at their website I would be wary of the fact that they don't seem to have a telephone contact and their other contact links such as Facebook and twitter simply goes to a blank page. You could try to contact London International Vintners Exchange who they say they are members if you are having a problem.

Would it be possible to have the comments below removed?

The comments were made from one of our clients who was new to the market and waiting for cask numbers and locations after making the payment. As I am sure you are aware unfortunately warehouses do not work at the quickest of paces and our client was a little premature in raising his concern. I would be more than happy to copy him in to an email to explain this.

It's a forum. Anything said is of the opinion of the posters.

How embarrassing putting business into the forum, maybe should take better time communicating to people who's money youve got.

A dear sir/madam letter is damn lazy. If you haven't done your reading on sign up just really why bother asking anyone to email you.

OP seems to have edited the message, so guess all is sorted. The posts shoukd remain for future searching, in people doing checks on this.

If this is legitimate, please sir/madam can you pm to send me some whisky samples and I'll edit my post ðŸ˜€

To be fair, it was just a misunderstanding - the original poster was wondering whether VCL were not legit, but it was clarified. Leaving the original post could possibly mislead other people into thinking a reputable company was not, in fact, reputable.
