Here is one for those of you that like to pair a sherried dram with some chocolate, Douglas Laing has announced the release of Scallywag The Chocolate Edition #2 blended malt whisky and just in time for World Chocolate Day on the 7th of July.
I am told that this will only be available direct from the Douglas Laing website
Got one bottle - I didn't try the first edition and this is just one of those weird things I need to taste.
The price is aligned with last year edition as well as the price of the standard 10 years expression. 48%, no CF and no coloring per DL usual, I always find DL bottlings to my liking and I'm quite looking forward to this one.
