Hii, my name is Stefano and I just joined the forum. I'm not a whiskey expert. Actually up until a year ago I didn't drink alcohol except wine of course)) I decided to taste some alcohol and I discovered that whiskey is the only one I like. in truth I also like the aroma of rum but not the taste. For now, Ardeberg is my favorite. I like the smell of peat but not too strong like lagavullin or caol ila. Now I'm tasting a kavalan. Good but too soft for me. What do you recommend me to taste?
Thank you!!!

A Bowmore should suit your palate , I tried the Bowmore 12 recently and it suited me fine, best of luck in your journey into our great world of whisky,

I would recommend Ledaig 10, like Ardbeg is peated but not from Islay, and a little bit sweeter than the Ardbeg 10 but just as peaty I think. Top Malt

A couple of the Inchmoan drinks from Loch Lomond. They are all nice but might be a bit "take" for you, the same with Longrow Peated.
