Evening,

I have a sample pack from 2011 of Balvenie Craftsmans Reserve No.1 The Cooper.

Pack has been opened but seal is intact on the bottle but about a third seems to have evaporated. Bottle is 10cl and signed by David Stewart. Box is a bit marked in places. Complete with a couple of glasses

Should I enjoy it or is it something of interest that is of interest to a collector?

Cheers.

I had a sample pack and full sized bottle of this and it was a outstanding Balvenie IMO, they do fetch a few pound at auction although i am not sure it is worth much if not full and irecall that the sample bottle didnt have a proper seal on it so it is no surprise some has evaporated. Open it and enjoy.

I'd open it and enjoy.

You're not going to get much selling this in the state you say it is in and it's very unlikely you're going to get a full bottle to drink, so if you have a sample it's probably your only chance to try it.

Not had this one, but it is supposed to be excellent, especially if you are a Balvenie fan.

Ive got this too, was sent out free for Warehouse 24 members to enjoy with a live tasting. I missed the tasting event and kept it.

But like you Ive lost some whisky from the 10cl bottle through poor storage, eg discovered recently my box was flat, I shivered with the fear I'd maybe lost it all, but turns out minor seepage. t's in my collection and staying.

If you are selling yours, give me a shout, as I'd be interested, would use the glasses as my daily dram. Giving condition you describe probably be as well keeping it and drinking yourself or sell the glasses and what you have left to me Smile
