Got to try this at the Whisky Birmingham festival about a month back, was really impressed. Creamy butterscotch was my main tasting note, although I can't really remember precisely how "peaty" it was, I think more of a mellow peat somewhere between a Bowmore and Lagavulin. It wasn't very smoky/ashy, just creamy and sweet and very easy to get into.

The Kilkerran rep said this is only a 3yr whisky as well.

I have just got my bottles of the HP batch 1 and I am thinking two things the 1st is how many bottles are there? and the other is there anyway I can find out what the PPM is?
