| Although presented in a nice kit 300,00 € is a crazy price for this. You can make your own kit yourself if you want to familiarise yourself with different aromas, you could probably source most in your local supermarket |

| There are much cheaper options if you want a nice packaged kit for example Master of Malt offer the Whisky Aroma Kit - Aroma Academy priced at £99.95 I have never had one myself and as Charlie points out you could source most of the things in the kit easily. |

Yes, I've tried both the whisky and the wine version. I didint find them particularly useful, to be fair. Most of the scents are stuff everyone would know, bar possibly 7-8, but I ain't gonna spend £250 for 7-8 scents.
In fact, the coolest thing aren't the scents, but the book that tells you in which whiskies you can find that particular scent/flavor. |

I dont think it is that pricey knowing how much one essential oil costs.
I agree that it might be a little bit pricey for this kind of purpose but essential oils are not cheap. 1 x 10ml bottle costs arround 4 euros. |
