21 year old single malt distilled in 1997

Hi l am looking for recommendation for a 21st Birthday present for a whiskey lover. Born in 1997 a distilled single malt of that year bottled in 2018 would be great. Any recommendations, he particularly likes the islay whiskies.

Doesn't have the wow factor, but you might as well just buy it anyway given the ridiculous value. I have it, it's not life changing, but very solid.
