William Grant & Sons named Distiller of the Year

William Grant & Sons has scooped the International Spirits Challenge "Distiller of the Year' title for the second year running. It is the fourth time the company has won this award in the last five years.

William Grant & Sons Malt Master David Stewart collected the award at an event in London.

The company also won a series of other awards, including five gold, 15 silver and six bronze medal awards across various categories, as well as the Gold "Design & Packaging Award' for Solerno.

William Grant & Sons Chief Executive Stella David said in a statement: "It is testament to the consistent pride that each and everyone of our team takes in the hard work they put in across all sectors of our business that has enabled us to make this phenomenal achievement.

"To be also picking up a stable of major awards for the quality of our single malts and spirits is tremendous."?
