Glenlivet 2007 Artist Collective

I have been offered to buy some bottles of the Glenlivet 2007 Artist Collective and I am just wondering if they would be worth the investment or would they just be bottles to drink now?

I am just wondering as they seem to of all sold out everywhere I can find them listed..

I believe this was an independent bottling by the French retailer La Maison du Whisky, I am not sure many of them found there way to the UK and are probably not well known here so it is difficult to see it as a short term investment but you never know long term particularly if you can get it at a decent price.

That is just what I was thinking, as having a good look around the EU I have found a few places that have good stock so I just may give them a miss.
