Recent press reports all saying that Suntory's really struggling with older vintages, following an upsurge in demand for whisky in its home market.
No sign yet of Hibiki 30 or Hibiki 21 being delisted. |

| I am not sure if I just picked the wrong Hibiki whisky but my one and only experience with the brand was with the younger Hibiki Japanese Harmony and I just didn't think it was anything special at all. Perhaps the older stuff is incredible but given its price and the fact you cant get hold of it I am unlikely to taste the older stuff. |

| How odd, just come through Dubai airport and they had an entire shelf full of the stuff at roughly £350 a pop. |

| "Hibiki 17" already very hard to obtain in London. Most shops had none. |
