It appears that the Benromach distillery have been getting a bit creative, the Speyside distillery today unveiled its first triple distilled single malt whisky which is very aptly named Benromach Triple Distilled.
The Benromach Triple Distilled is a 2009 vintage which was matured it in first fill bourbon barrels for around 8 years before bottling it at 50% ABV in 2017 around 15,000 bottles will be available with a RRP of £44.99

| I will probably give it a go, interesting that they triple distilled the spirit then chose to mature in first fill bourbon barrels |
