Last night I attended the latest dinner and tasting of the Order of the Companions of the Quaich of which I am a member. I was honored with carrying in the haggis behind the piper and 63 persons were in attendance.
The drams presented were;
Spey Fumore 46% ABV (18,000 bottles)
G & M Caol Ila 11 Year 54.2% ABV
Benriach Cask Strength Batch 1 57.2% ABV
For my own taste notes please see that section of the Forum now posted. _________________ "Always carry a large flagon of whisky in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake."
