Anyone tried this Bottling from Bruichladdich ? I've just won a bottle of it in auction (8 Year Old Private Bottling) but I don't know too much about it.
I know it's produced by Bruichladdich and is a Peaty one ( 50 PPM ) but don't know much else... |

I know of a 10 year old Bruichladdich Lochindaal produced in the days when Invergordon Whyte & Mackay owned Bruichladdich, which was a big peaty whisky.
More recently there was a Bruichladdich Lochindaal Feis Ile 2015 bottling.
I haven't come across an 8 year old private bottling but sounds interesting, especially as it is a peaty one. I hope you got it at a good price and it is a good one. Cheers. |

Thank you James,
Yeah, I was after something big and peaty. I was going to go for an Octomore but saw this and had a crack.
