Here are my taste notes from the event last night for Glenmorangie Milsean Private Edition.

Color: Gold

Nose: Apricots, blood oranges, Robertsons's thick orange marmalade, kumquats, chipped slivers of chocolate and sponge candy.

Taste: Rich and somewhat chewy, sweet fruit, creme brule and rolling waves of cocoa and coconuts.

Finish: Long, the spices are quite enticing. Chocolate malted foam bubbles up accompanired by stylized mocha coffee.

Comments: Another winner from Glenmorangie. To use a seasonal metaphor, it reminds me of an elegant turkey dinner with all the trimmings leaving no one disappointed.

Score
: 94

I do like this, I am surprised it hasn't sold out yet, likely due to its price.
