The opening of the new Macallan distillery took another step forward today when it was announced that Livingston based Elite Control Systems Ltd has been awarded the contract to provide a fully operational process control system for the new Macallan distillery.

I thought they would be considerably increasing the number of stills in the new distillery, but looks like just another 3 stills.
