Hi everyone,

As a new recruit to the whisky forum, I thought i'd start this out with a little bit about my Whisky experience (it's narrow, so don't worry about this rambling on!).

I live in Tokyo and have been for nearly 5 years now. Only recently have I really discovered whisky as a drink which I now enjoy reading-up on as much as I do drinking. Most of the whisked I have sampled are Japanese but I am gradually opening bottles which originate closer to my original home (Uk) - it's a great journey so far.

LivIng in Tokyo means that I sometimes have the opportunity to purchase bottles that are increasingly more difficult to obtain in western markets.
At the moment I have a two of bottles of Hibiki 21 fresh from this year all boxed up and ready to go.
