After 45 days i thought i would check on my 2LTR mini Barrel.
The Angels have taken a very small share but hardly enough to notice. :D
The colour change is amazing with the port, clear to bright Ruby.
On the Nose : It is still young, fresh summer fruits, dried figs, malty with a hint of vanilla.
On the Palate : Very stong alchohol but yet very sweet and sticky fruity berrys, cinnamon, toffee, oaky - malty, hints of violet and lavender.
Finnish : Very long and smooth with hints of dark chocolate coming through, more vanilla characters and mixed spices.
This has so much potential already and can wait for it to mature longer   |

I`m looking forward to buy some unaged whisky from UE, because most of the US website don`t ship to UE. Can you please advise me or give some some website from where I can order 2 l of white whisky?
