Following two very competitive UK Diageo Reserve World Class Competition semi finals which saw 100 competitors narrowed down to 11 finalists who will now compete to be crowned 2016 UK Diageo Reserve World Class Bartender of the Year.

Bartenders were invited to incorporate one of the following Diageo Reserve brands in their cocktail creations; Talisker, Singleton, Cardhu, Ron Zacapa, Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve and Johnnie Walker Blue Label, Haig Club, Bulleit Bourbon and Bulleit Rye.

After a four day battle in Miami which saw 56 of the worlds best bar tenders narrowed done to just one, the winner of the World Class Bartender of the Year 2016 has been crowned and this year see's the first ever female bartender taking the title, France's Jennifer Le Nechet.
